The National eHealth Authority has informed the public that scheduled maintenance work will take place on the website of the National Contact Point for eHealth in Cyprus (NCPeH CY) on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 08:00 to 16:00.

During this period, brief and temporary service disruptions may occur on the platform. The upgrade is part of ongoing efforts to enhance digital health services, aiming to improve security, reliability, and efficiency for both citizens and healthcare professionals.

The NCPeH CY serves as a key component of the EU’s cross-border electronic health infrastructure, enabling the secure exchange of health data between Cyprus and other member states via the MyHealth@EU system (providing access to Patient Summaries and ePrescriptions while traveling).
